Heart's cuddling!

It’s the heart that needs cuddling.
The screaming shrieking within,
Beyond the logical and analytical issues that the mind calls for,
The insecurities that bind to the world outside.
The call for green money, green envy and green conflicts.
The get-backs to the Exs and the un-forgiveness of the past,
The squealing of feelings beyond the sounds of videos online,
The ping -pings of the messages from the social no-ones that tie us to the nothingness.
The voice within stifling and groaning ‘hear me once’ it says,
And yet we don’t realize our own hearts need cuddling.
Nothing outside, the barriers, the mountains, that lakes view of temporary vacations,
The booze and smokes that blurs our minds for now,
The sexual endeavors and aha- moments that limit our needs,
Darkening the violet colors within our realms of energy.
The unfathomable power that lies inside our gut,
The heart that aches for one love sensation - the hug from our conscious.
And yet we chase the blue-eyed babes and boys,
To hold our exterior and calm our walls,
The walls that cement in the roots of the hearts call.
And yet we forget that our hearts need cuddling!
We post what we sing and watch and cook and paint and write,
We like the ‘likes’ for our parent-child-adult inside will yearn for recognition from a world that forgets.
We show power and dominance of position and status and sell and buy,
The days when we earn are the days that we try,
And then we forget that the heart has a secret of powering our passion,
The trigger of our creatives and the magical prowess to transform our bodies,
But we crave to be sexy from the outside only while the sensuous caress of the final kiss only longs from within.
And yet we forget that the heart needs cuddling!
Societal pressures, parental controls, environmental diseases, and liabilities,
Everything is blamed as the roar of the lion lies silent within,
Deep in a cave hidden by the blood pumping with eagerness, with a zest that will explode into the world with willpower that cannot be contained.
The hearts hold the key to fall and rise, to shine and glow,
To breathe life into the logical maze of nothingness and achievement,
The worries that crush our smiles and hopes, the tears that come from engraved traumas from the past,
The fear of poverty and the yearning for big cars and bottled sensations,
Forgetting the glum silent thump that knocks everyday in the chest and calls for attention, for love and to be heard,
We cover our ears and hide like cowards,
And yet the god within that lies ready to turn into a parachute to carry us over the clouds with an unimaginable powerful genie,
How is it we forget that the heart needs cuddling!
